Renewal Instructions
1. Enter your serial number below then click Renew or run the RenewLicense program. Do not include spaces in your serial number. 2. Either of the renewal options from the previous step will open a new page. Click "Buy Now" to pay online. 3. You may pay with your PayPal account by logging in on the next page or you can click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" to pay without using a PayPal account.

There are several ways to acquire QCTool:

Email us the QCTool order form. Fill out the order form then scan and email it to us to place your order. You can order multiple licenses.

Support

A comprehensive manual is provided with QCTool which should answer most questions you might have.
A number of print format tutorials are available, an introductory video tutorial can be downloaded
Email support is available only for the organization that purchased the license.
Training is available. The cost per person is $250 for half a day which is more than enough time to learn to handle the most complex of issues. Online or in person if convenient
Any notification of a bug in our software is always welcome and will be rectified quickly.
